About the Department

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering started in the year 1994.Presently,it offers Under-Graduate programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Post-Graduate programme in Communication Systems.The course is approved by AICTE and permanently affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.The department of ECE has its centre for research to inculcate the R & D perspicacity. The faculty members are well experienced and technically excellent,imparting skills and knowledge to ingrain the professional responsibilities to play leadership role along with their distint career paths. The laboratory of the department is excellent with well equipped modernistic equipments which are updated on-par with the current technologies and softwares related to the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Department Initiatives

Association of ECE

The association encourages the students to organize and participate in the national level symposium. Electronics and Communication Association organizes events and seminars periodically for the betterment of students.This Association allows students of ECE to exhibit their talents in various mind provoking events.
