Department Goals

                         

Program Objectives:

1.      Graduates will have an understanding of the fundamental mathematical, logical, statistical, and scientific principles underlying computing and information processing.

2.      Graduates will have a solid foundation in the principles of computer science and will have applied that knowledge to a variety of problems.

3.      Graduates will have an understanding and appreciation of the context in which professional computing activities occur.

4.      Graduates will have an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of topics spanning the field of computer science.

5.      The opportunity to specialize in specific areas of interest or career aspiration.
